Stormwater and bulk earthworks in Ocean Grove
We completed the earthworks and civil package for a 50 unit retirement village in Ocean Grove.
Commenced in 2021 and completed in 2023, our scope comprised of tree removal, earthworks of 5,000m3 cut to fill, and a further 10,000m3 basement excavation. We also completed internal road pavements, in-ground services including. water, recycled water, sewer, gas, fire, stormwater drainage and OSD tanks.
The project was completed in 10 unit segments, which meant that each segment needed to be fully complete to allow residents to move into units.
