Carpark construction with stormwater services in Corio, Geelong

This 230 space carpark was constructed over two stages between 2021 and 2023. Working with our client to meet their needs, we were able to maintain safe access to the carpark for the monthly Sunday market during the construction period. The project consisted of 7,700m2 pavement with spray seal, 360 lineal metres of kerbs and 220 lineal metres of stormwater drainage.

It also featured raingardens, which are a water sensitive urban design element. The raingardens are self-watering, and filter stormwater runoff from the pavement, preventing pollutants and silt from entering nearby waterways.
